How to contact customer service

We will respond to you within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays, when we will read your message the next day. Otherwise, you can also reach us by phone at 01 76 36 10 83.
Delivery of my order
Where can I have my order delivered?
On land*, Merci Handy delivers in France and overseas. The delivery zones vary according to the site on which you are (on the French site we deliver in metropolitan France, Corsica, Overseas; on the Europe site everywhere except the UK, etc.). Shipping costs for France are from €3.90 for delivery to a relay point via Mondial Relay or €5.90 for home delivery via Colissimo.
*In the rest of the universe we cover the entire Unicorn galaxy, the planet Alpaca and the constellation Great Otter.
How can I access the tracking of my order?
As soon as your order is validated and prepared by our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, on which you will find your La Poste or Mondial Relay tracking number. You can also find your package tracking number by logging into your customer account. All you have to do is click on “ track my package ”, the link will redirect you to the La Poste website.
I have neither received my order confirmation nor my tracking number.
Our emails may end up in spam, check and if you still can't find them contact us at hello@mercihandy.fr or by phone at 01 76 36 10 83.
I want to change the content of my order, how do I do that?
Unfortunately, we are unable to add or remove one or more items from your order.
I made a mistake in the delivery address, can I change it?
If you got the wrong delivery address, we may still be able to change it, depending on whether your order has been processed by the warehouse or not. If it has been taken over we won't be able to modify it, but if you're faster than a galloping unicorn we can update it without problem. Do not hesitate to contact us on hello@mercihandy.fr or by phone on 01 76 36 10 83 to let us know quickly.
I want to cancel my order, is it possible?
If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we can cancel and refund it. In this case, contact us as soon as possible by email via the address hello@mercihandy.fr or by telephone on 01 76 36 10 83. If the order has already been sent by our warehouse, it will unfortunately no longer be possible for us to cancel it. In this case, if you do not wish to keep your items, it is possible to return your products to us via the delivery & return page.
Can I be delivered from anywhere?
Merci Handy delivers in Europe ( Merci Handy EU website) and in the United States ( Merci Handy US website ). Shipments are made by Colissimo or Mondial Relay. The shipping costs for delivery to a relay point in mainland France are €3.90 and they are free from €35 of purchases via Mondial Relay. Shipping costs are €5.90 via Colissimo and free from €50 of purchases. Packages are dispatched within 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
When does Jean Jacques deliver my products to my mailbox?
Our dear friend Jean Jacques works closely with an organization called La Poste. Jean Jacques' deadlines are generally respected. We have just changed his sneakers so that he can drop off the envelope more quickly directly in your mailbox or at a pick-up point. The delivery takes place (in general) between 48H and 72H after your purchase.

How to create my account ?
Click on the kitten at the top right of our site, then click on “no account? ”. Creating your account gives you access to your order history and personal information.
How do I access my account if I have lost my password?
When you identify yourself, you can check the “forgotten password” option and you will receive an e-mail in the minutes that will allow you to define your new password.
I can't access my account
It is quite possible that you have not yet created an account with us, even if you have already placed an order online. In this case, all you have to do is create your account in a few seconds. To do this, click on the kitten at the top right of our site, then click on “no account? ”.
How do you subscribe to the newsletter ?
You can subscribe to our Newsletter to receive our new products in preview and exclusive offers from the home page of the site, at the bottom right. All you have to do is enter your email in the box provided for this purpose and then click on “I subscribe”.
I want to recover my invoice, what should I do?
You can send us an email at hello@mercihandy.fr, we will send you the invoice for your order.
Returns
Can I return a product purchased on the e-shop and in a partner store?
Any product purchased on our e-shop must be returned to our address , and any product purchased in store must be returned to the store where the purchase was made. Our customer service cannot handle in-store issues and our stores cannot handle issues related to our e-shop.
In both cases, the return of your product must be made within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. The product(s) must be intact and in its original packaging.

Payments, refunds and promo codes
What are the means of payment for placing an order on the site?
You can pay via AmazonPay ApplePay Stripe, VISA card, Mastercard, Amex, and Paypal.
Are payments secure?
We work with a French institution (Crédit Mutuel) and two companies specializing in Internet transactions (Paypal & Stripe) which encrypt all your bank details. It is impossible, even for a hacker from a neighboring galaxy, that we discover your credit card numbers.
I have a promo code, how can I use it?
After validating your basket, you will find a box on the right, "Gift card or promo code", in which you will have to enter your promo code. To validate it, simply click on “apply”. Do not forget to check that the code has been taken into account before validating your order.

About Merci Handy products
Who is hiding behind Merci Handy?
Thank you Handy, it's a philosophy, a lifestyle, a lifestyle as Van Damme would say. This is a brand that wanted a new but equally effective product. A product that we take out without being considered the hypochondriac of the group.
Are the marbles in the bottles glitter?
Well no. These are emollient pearls (it's prettier and it's better) designed by Merci Handy to soften your hands during and after using the gel. Thanks WHO ?
Can I drink the gel in the tubes, it smells so good?
Unfortunately, it is medically, surgically and dermatologically prohibited to drink or attempt any kind of consumption of our gel other than on the hands. We count on you.
Are Merci Handy gels suitable for children?
We do not recommend the use of Merci Handy gels for children under 6 years old!
Are Merci Handy products tested on animals?
Our products comply with regulation 1223/2009 and are therefore not tested on animals. We also refrain from selling our products in countries around the world (eg China) where animal testing is mandatory. We love unicorns, but also all other animals...
Where are my Merci Handy products designed and manufactured?
It all starts in Paris, in the 10th arrondissement where we imagine the love bottles. Then, it is in large Italian and Chinese laboratories that our gel is manufactured and packaged. We meet men in white coats, often with glasses. These steps are carried out under the greatest control of our teams on site, to prevent the slightest dust from contaminating your virtuous little bottle.
What is the average lifespan of my Merci Handy products?
For the effect of the gel to be optimal, we recommend that you keep it for less than two years. But you will see, they will all have already been used.
