Are Merci Handy sprays suitable for kids?
Our product is mostly made of alcohol, which can be irritating, especially for children.
So we recommend using this product on children over 6 years old under adult supervision.
Are Merci Handy products tested on animals?
Our products comply with European regulation No. 1223/2009 and are therefore not tested on animals. We also refuse to sell our products in countries (e.g. China) where animal testing is mandatory. We love unicorns, but all the other animals too...
Is it suitable for all skin types?
Yes, the formula is designed to be non-drying and soothing, suitable for frequent use. If you have very sensitive skin, do a patch test on a small area first, then carry on if all goes well.
Is the spray a disinfectant?
Our sprays contain 62% alcohol and clean effectively every day. Under cosmetics regulation (EC) 1223/2009, we're not allowed to use the term “disinfectant”, but the formula was designed to be effective, safe and pleasant to use.
What's the difference with a hand cleansing gel?
Unlike gels, which have a thicker texture:

Are your sprays refillable?
Yes, our sprays were designed to be refillable Refills will be available sometime in 2026. We ran into a technical issue that still needed finalizing at launch, and we'd rather take the time to do things right than release a refill that isn't perfectly reliable.
