Article 1 - Organizers

The "Scratch Ticket" game is jointly organized by : 

🌈 Merci Handy, a SAS with a share capital of €21,935.00, whose registered office is located at 25 rue du Château Landon - 75010 PARIS, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 75322212400038, represented by Louis Marty.

🪩 La Folie Douce, a SAS with a share capital of €100,000.00, whose registered office is located at BP 26 - 73150 VAL D'ISERE, registered with the Chambéry Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 42476141900045, represented by Luc Reversade.


Article 2 - Purpose of the game

This game is organized as a promotion for the launch of the 2026 Merci Handy x La Folie Douce Advent Calendar.

Each calendar contains a scratch ticket offering the chance to win one of the 3 prizes (Article 5).


Article 3 - Duration of the game

The game runs from December 1, 2026 to December 12, 2027, the closing date for prize claims.

Prizes may be used from December 12, 2026 to April 15, 2028 inclusive, under the conditions specified in Article 7.


Article 4 - Terms of participation

Each 2026 Merci Handy x La Folie Douce Advent Calendar contains a scratch ticket.

The participant scratches the designated area. If the ticket reveals the message  "BRAVO ! Tu as gagné le lot n°X", lthe participant is a winner and must then follow the procedure described in Article 6.

Participation is limited to one ticket per Advent Calendar purchased.


Article 5 - Prize draw and allocation

Out of the total 4,000 tickets, only 3 are winning tickets:

❄️ PRIZE 1 : €50 voucher valid at La Folie Douce boutiques (Val d'Isère or Les Arcs, winner's choice). Valid from Dec. 12, 2026 → Apr. 15, 2028

❄️ PRIZE 2 : Lunch for two at La Petite Cuisine La Folie Douce (Val d'Isère or Les Arcs, winner's choice) — starter/main or main/dessert set menu, drinks not included. Valid from Dec. 12, 2026 → Apr. 15, 2028

❄️PRIZE 3 : Two tickets to the La Folie Douce Big Closing event in Val d'Isère, including two meals at La Petite Cuisine (drinks not included) and a DJ guest evening. Validity: During the Big Closing event held between Dec. 12, 2026 and Apr. 15, 2028

Winning tickets are randomly distributed among the 4,000 tickets before packaging.


Article 6 - How to claim your prize

Participants holding a winning ticket must contact Merci Handy before December 12, 2027 and use their prize before April 15, 2028.

To claim a prize, the winner may contact Merci Handy through one of the following methods:

📧 By email: hello@mercihandy.com - subject: "Winning Ticket - 2026 Advent Calendar" - with a photo of the original scratched ticket.

📱By instagram : direct message to the @mercihandy account with a photo of the original ticket.

The original ticket must be kept until the prize is actually handed over. Merci Handy or La Folie Douce may request to see it in person before awarding the prize.

 

Article 7 - Prize delivery and usage terms

After verifying the ticket, Merci Handy will contact the winner within 10 business days.

❄️PRIZE 1 : €50 Voucher : delivered by email or mail, issued in the winner's name. Valid from December 12, 2026 to April 15, 2028 at La Folie Douce boutiques in Val d'Isère or Les Arcs. Non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash.

❄️PRIZE 2 : Lunch for two : delivered as a voucher issued in the winner's name, to be presented at La Petite Cuisine. The winner chooses the location (Val d'Isère or Les Arcs) and books directly with La Folie Douce. Valid from December 12, 2026 to April 15, 2028, subject to opening dates. Starter/main or main/dessert set menu, drinks not included.

❄️PRIZE 3 : Big closing : two invitations issued in the winner's name for the date of the Big Closing event organized by La Folie Douce in Val d'Isère, between December 12, 2026 and April 15, 2028. Included: access to the event, two meals at La Petite Cuisine (drinks not included), DJ guest evening. Not included: transport, accommodation, drinks. In the event of a change or cancellation, La Folie Douce agrees to offer an alternative of equivalent value.

Prizes are personal, issued in the winner's name, non-transferable, non-resalable, and cannot be exchanged for their cash equivalent.

Any prize not claimed by the deadline or not used before April 15, 2028 will be permanently forfeited, with no possible compensation.

 

Article 8 -  Eligibility conditions

The Game is open to any adult individual residing in mainland France, with the exception of Merci Handy and La Folie Douce employees and their close relatives.

 

Article 9 - Liability

Merci Handy and La Folie Douce cannot be held liable for any damage occurring during the use of a prize, nor for the cancellation or modification of an event or venue for reasons beyond their control (weather conditions, force majeure, exceptional closure, etc.).

 

Article 10 - Personal data

Data collected as part of the Game is processed by Merci Handy solely for the purposes of managing the Game and delivering prizes. In accordance with GDPR, all participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by writing to hello@mercihandy.com
