WHO WE ARE :


Merci Handy is a growing startup in the cosmetics sector . Our bet is to dust off the most basic products by working and executing differently from others. Our points of sale and our e-shop grow at the same speed of our ambition. We want to offer a new face to the cosmetic market in France, Europe and in the World . All with love.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

-Accounting and financial management with external accountants
- bank reconciliations
- collecting and classifying invoices
- establishing internal financial processes
- creating external financial policies,
- managing relations with bankers, providers, office suppliers.
- Administration : responsibility on all the day to day operations. 
- Human Resources Management : on-boarding new employees, getting all the paperwork done.
- dealing with Social Organisms along with the External Social Office
- keeping all registers updated, writing contracts and amendments, organizing payrolls and following employees’ holidays and sickness leaves
- Office Management: supervising the Paris Office on a day-to-to day basis, keeping all suppliers and consumer goods available, keeping track on professional tools and equipment, etc.
- Feel-Good Management: organizing events for employees, having permanent new ideas in order to keep them united, motivated and keep an on-going great ambiance in all on the 6 offices in France.
